CHANGE IN PUBLICATION FREQUENCY:

We are pleased to announce that IPBSS will increase its publication frequency from two issues per year (biannual) to three issues per year, effective with the November 2026 issue. In response to the rising number of manuscript submissions and our commitment to providing a more timely publication process while maintaining rigorous peer-review standards, the journal will adopt the following publication schedule:

March - July - November

The addition of the November issue in 2026 marks the beginning of this new publication frequency. Subsequent volumes will continue to follow the three-issue schedule.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to our authors, reviewers, editorial board members, and readers for their continued support and valuable contributions, which have contributed significantly to the growth of the journal. We look forward to continuing to serve the scholarly community through the timely publication of high-quality research.

Cheong Kyu Park

Professor Cheong Kyu Park is a Professor of Accounting at Dongguk University, South Korea. He holds a BBA from Dongguk University, a Master's degree from Louisiana Tech University, and a PhD from the University of Kentucky. His research interests include financial reporting, ESG evaluation and reporting, and corporate valuation. Before joining Dongguk University, he served at Woodbury University, Ajou University, and the University of Michigan–Dearborn. Professor Park teaches financial accounting, financial statement analysis, research methodology, and corporate valuation. He is actively involved in professional and academic organizations and holds the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation.

Dr Muhammad Akib Warraich is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Rennes School of Business. Known for his interdisciplinary approach, Dr. Warraich blends academic rigor with pedagogical innovation to deliver engaging and applied learning experiences. His academic and professional journey spans multiple regions, including Europe, South Asia, and Africa. At Rennes School of Business, Dr. Warraich’s research interests include business format and/or social franchising, business sustainability, artificial intelligence - consumer perspective. His research expertise are in the domain of franchising with a specific focus on social franchising in emerging markets. He focuses on exploring emerging entrepreneurial mechanisms in education and health sector in Asian markets.

Dr. Olatunde Amoo Durowoju, Faculty of Society and Culture, Liverpool John Moores University

Dr Olatunde Amoo Durowoju is a Reader in Education Management and the Associate Dean (Diversity and Inclusion) for the Faculty of Society and Culture at Liverpool John Moores University, UK. His subject expertise is operations and supply chain management, information security and supply chain management interface, impact assessment and transmission, and sustainable and inclusive practices in higher education. Olatunde has worked on several funded projects including a £213,000 Innovate UK project on ‘Manufacturing Made Smarter: Digital Supply Chain Feasibility Studies’. He has received, several awards and nominations for his outstanding contribution to teaching and learning excellence.

Professor Simplice Anutechia Asongu, School of Economics, University of Johannesburg, South Africa.

Prof Simplice Asongu is the Lead Economistand Director of the African Governance and Development Institute. Holding a PhD from Oxford Brookes University (UK), Prof Simplice also holds the following positions: Lead Economist and Director of the African Governance and Development Institute (Yaoundé, Cameroon); Lead Economist and Director of the European Xtramile Centre of African Studies (Liège, Belgium) and Lead Economist and Co-director of “Centre de Recherche pour le Développement Economique” (Bangui, Central African Republic).

Dr. Tsung-Pao Wu, Beijing Institute of Technology, China

Dr. Tsung-Pao Wu is a Professor at the Social Science Domain, Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai, China. His research interests focus on Financial Economics, Urban Studies, and Climate Finance.
