This transition marks an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to enhancing the journal's digital accessibility and improving the publishing experience for authors, reviewers, and readers worldwide.

• Effective 12 October 2026, all new manuscript submissions must be submitted through the new platform.

Manuscripts previously submitted through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform will continue to be processed in the existing system until their respective editorial and peer-review processes are completed. Authors with ongoing submissions are not required to resubmit their manuscripts.
