Key Roles and Responsibilities

The appointed Thematic Editor(s) will be expected to:

1. Define a clear and impactful theme and scope aligned with IJOMFA’s focus.

2. Collaborate closely with MMU Press on the call for papers and promotional activities.

3. Ensure smooth and timely progress from manuscript submission to publication.

4. Maintain academic coherence, quality, and relevance throughout the thematic issue.

5. Secure a minimum of five (5) accepted articles from authors representing five (5) different countries.

6. A token of appreciation will be provided upon successful completion (terms and conditions apply).
